+ 1, I have no faith in the police force anymore (apologies to any serving members on here) and I live next door and am good friends with a high ranking traffic cop.

Some of the counties are not as undermanned as they state they are, for example my parents' local constabulary couldn't attend to a house theft because they had no staff (the burglars were still there mind) but they had plenty of time and personnel from four stations (including HQ) to attend a seminar about public relations two miles away.

Ironic!
