Not playing the " mines worst than yours" game at all but probably the worst is when I do actually get some sleep, the unbridled slam of pain on waking to find the knee totally seized up and the half hour to get the bloody thing moving again, I've learn if I have anything on first thing in the mornings to either not go to sleep or get up and moving a good couple of hours beforehand, being objective about it I guess the gravel in the joint feeling eases to mere rough sand after that, but I've still not got used to the change from sleep to pain first thing
