Seen that silver one in the for sale section here, loads of mods, specially on the suspension which I think it's one of the weak points on the SV... price is almost right, but the mileage and distance... a shame really!

had been looking at other bikes as well, but today was chatting to a girl at Fox's dinner and she has an SV and loves the bike, she is also about the same size the person who's geting the bike, so was good to know from an actual rider that she loves the bike.

The silver one is Billy's and it's in good nick, not to mention he rides like a girl!! Don't worry bout the miles cuz it's been looked after since he's had it and it runs nice. All his mods are sensible mods that most people do so would save loads in the long run so it may be worth the travel.

yeh.. I know.. would still be a 400 mile round trip you know..
and then you see closer ones for less money, ok, less mods..but also less miles...

aarrrghhh!!! it's coming back to me why I hate changing bike!!!! LOL too much to think about!

A black K8 has just come up on the for sale area of the forum, in Essex so not far away.

I looked so long for a pointy black that in the end I bought new because Suzuki gave me interest free and I haggled on loads of extras - including changing that terrible red seat, what were they thinking!

Anyone else got a free Scottoiler thrown on the grounds of oiling the chain might mess up their manicure?

I've been known to fly from Luton to Belfast to buy a GSXR1000 K1, and from Stansted to Newcastle for a Thunderace. The ride home gives you a chance to bond with the bike at your own pace.
