The US guys loooooove them, almost everyone who works with them rates them above the competition. Though some people do consider them hard to set up, maybe because they have so much adjustment. Penske's customer support is great too. Pricey though, because of exchange rates etc.

Just rang them... well did today. The guy I talked to didnt seem to know about me ordering a shock 2 weeks ago. Sigh.
Ill give them another rang wednesday to see what the craic is. he said we havnt got an RSV shock in yet it might come in leter in the week. I was like ok... Strange that he couldnt check a register to see what orders had come through. Very odd. Bah. Knowing my luck my order will have got lost. Another few weeks to wait.
