Apparently this company in Liverpool has a contract with the council refurbishing council houses so this type of work may weather the recession and building downturn better than companies contracting to the new build market.
Tiling is his only skill. he is actually very good at it. I did suggest sending him on a weekend course learn to skim etc. but he tells me people who do that are laughed off site when they turn up with a couple of hundred metre of dryline to skim and make it obvious they haven't a clue.
