never been to staithes, have a friend from loftus and just joke the whole area is awful, is staithes the one down the hill near the water? kinda old fashioned?

take A66 to Darlington.Take A67 to Barnard Castle.Go straight through and over the river tn Middleton-in-teesdale.2-3 miles before high force turn right into a visitor centre.Take the walk along the waterfall.there are picnic tables along the way and you can go behind it.Its very romantic.
