Please help - '99 curvy will not start

bloody hell. mines acting up exactly like this again. thought a new reg/rec would sort it along with takin out the stupid 100w bulb the was in it before me. nope, dead as dillinger. battery reads 12.5 but when i go to start it read ****in 3! put in charged battery and here are the results:

battery reads: 13.1

ignition on: 12.9

Starter button: 12

idle: 13.8/13.9

Headlights on and rev to 5,000rpm: 12.5

turn of lights and idle: 13 down to 12.5

off: 13.3 down to 13

can anyone shed any light on these numbers??

Clicking noise is when the starter motor isn't getting enough juice to turn the engine over.

Could be reg rec, Could be dodgy wiring somewhere - Reg rec pretty east to test ....

Thanks for the further info - i am hope its the reg/rec as i am sure replacing that would be cheaper than a starter motor.

got a call from the garage that my bike is in - its fixed.
it was an intermitent fault eith the reg/rec.

new one fitted & tested - 100 quid inc' labour
