Are you taking a glucosamine/chondroitin supplement? This helps attract water to ligaments and tendons, helping healing. I'd highly recommend it, my back injury got so much better after taking this.

Thanks for all the advice folks, time is definitely a healer but im just impatient.
I tried the getting out of the swimming pool test the other day and failed miserably. Pulling something is very easy, ive got plenty strength and I can pick a kettle up (painful though). Ill pinch some Glucosamine tablets off my mum. She gets bagfuls at a time. |

Im gonna get myself sorted with some Glucosamine. Also bought one of those Powerballs as theyre recommended for wrist injuries. Will see how strengthening goes
