Are you taking a glucosamine/chondroitin supplement? This helps attract water to ligaments and tendons, helping healing. I'd highly recommend it, my back injury got so much better after taking this.

+1 - I only notice how effective it is when I forget to take it and the pain comes back. I got a bulk pack from www.healthydirect.co.uk

Thanks for all the advice folks, time is definitely a healer but im just impatient.

I tried the getting out of the swimming pool test the other day and failed miserably. Pulling something is very easy, ive got plenty strength and I can pick a kettle up (painful though). Ill pinch some Glucosamine tablets off my mum. She gets bagfuls at a time.

Seriously, I'm not a fan of all this herbal stuff but I work in a vets and there's dogs that have been on heavy duty painkillers coming off them due to glucosamine-so it's not a placebo effect, it really does work. Stick at it for at least 3 months though.

Im gonna get myself sorted with some Glucosamine. Also bought one of those Powerballs as theyre recommended for wrist injuries. Will see how strengthening goes
