Think i'll go with the OEM lowers.

I like the twinshack ones, but with the cost then painting they'd be close to the £300 for the OEM ones anyway.

no doubt once i've ordered them, there will be a rash of second hand ones all over ebay for £100, cos thats how it tends to go!

Robinsons don't do the lowers in yellow anymore-they've only certain colours left

But if they ask Suzuki nicely, which they should, they can be sourced from any dealer who may have them in stock in the UK. Suzuki GB own the stock, not the dealers.

Been there and done that dave-was told from a few dealers that only chance of getting new was from them to be sourced from Japland-and that was last year-they checked the stock list of nearly every suzuki dealer in uk for y9h and no joy

Doesn't surprise me, I know many Curvy seat cowls are no longer available either as a lot of people keep asking about mine.

It's a pain but keep checking ebay. It took months for me to find any for mine, and then they were blue, and scratched! I got them delivered for about £50, picked up a tub of filler, some wet and dry of various degrees, and a can of primer for about £20. I put in the time consuming effort and took it to a local training provider who do bodyshop work, and they will do them colour matched for me for about £100. They are also going to touchup my tank which is heavily scratched courtesy of the previous owner for £50, and lacquer it all over. That's almost a complete respray in my book! Grand total for the farings = £170, but a lot of patience required.

TCP still make the products, they made them from the beginning for Suzuki, but Suzuki had stopped bringing stock into the UK a few years ago. Try looking for the TCP distributors, I think the one in Holland does the UK now.

Wrong colour, that is the early yellow (Pearl Canyon Yellow).

Try this one....

Thanks for your help guys.

Looks like it'll have to be the Twinshack lowers then, or keep trawling ebay with fingers crossed, as the OEM lowers will cost a fortune in comparison (over £400 before delivery from France!) and since I like both sets, I may as well use the £100 difference getting the front suspension sorted out.
