She never made a claim. Presumably she was advised against making a claim until after I was convicted so that her case would be stronger (Police Accident Report is never released until after all criminal proceedings are finalised). If she'd made a claim after the criminal case was thrown out her negligence case would have been very weak and a counter-claim would not have been worth the risk (she obviously wasn't insured so would have had to foot the bill herself if found even partially liable - Me and bike were pretty mashed up so claim would have been big).

Sorry for hijacking your post! I'll get down there in a few weeks hopefully. What time does everyone start turning up?

+1. Totally ruins my commute having to deal with scooters and pushbikes between SW18 and Westminster. Fair enough they are allowed on the road but i think they remove brains before putting on helmet every morning.
