that was an awesome drop! i dont quite think my slalom boat in the back garden would quite hold up to it!

Ever do the lielow race down the Swale Richie? I think it used to be organised by Catterrick, last time I did it was 1980!

He was interviewed because they had a feature of 'how does your day relate to this song', the song was Waterfall by Stone Roses. His day related to it cos he just ran Rheadr Mawddach this morning.
