Take it easy out there poorly people, may all of your colds, flu's and chest infections clear quickly. I have just had the worst cold I have had for years and even had to miss two days of work, after my boss sent me home for being too ill to be productive. Sometimes, even us women need to take a couple of days to shake off a cold.

About 6 years ago I had what I thought was just a chesty cough, I ended up in hospital for 4 days with a collapsed lung and a serious infection in the other one; I'd woken in the middle of the night unable to breathe. I'm sure that if my ex-girlfriend hadn't been there that night I might have died, she managed to calm me down, gave me help with my breathing and restored it to a steady but painful level before I was rushed into A+E.
