Battery Problem?

I have a prob with my battery, Ihave had my sv for a week and the battery has gone flat 3 times since, i have changed the after markit bulbs and checked the wireing and had the relays checked told there ok so charged the battery and rode it today to boxhill and back to aldershot with no lights on and when i turned it off the battery was dead, Any one have any clues please

Battery is fried or the charging circuit isn't working properly (regulator/rectifier problem).

sounds like an earth leak, if you can disconnect the negative terminals and with a multimeter measure the voltage between the terminal and the neg lead there should be no voltage if there is then there will be a leak of sort.

Sounds very much like a dead battery to me, it could be an earth leak issue, but if you rode the bike for an hour and it didn't stop running then it sounds like the alternator is doing something at least or the bike would have stopped.

I would check the charging circuit is working or not.
If it is working then the battery is almost certainly the problem.
