I've tried in the past. I can never get past the itching stage.

I grow a goatee annually from the end of Dec through to end of Feb (I find it helps keep my face warm when riding in the coldest season). It always seems to itch to begin with, but after a while goes away.

I just dont shave much, hate the feeling right after shaving. So im always in your place.

It itches for awhile, then it stops. Ive also found that cats seem to irritate my beard lol, not really sure why.

Wash it lots, and if you cant cope with it, chop it off!

and post some pics

I recently shaved mine off and immediately regretted it; it's now growing back and should be at the itchy stage but it seems I've done this so many times now my face just doesn't care.

You must igmore the itch. Moisturiser might help. But the itchiness will go after a few days anyway.

Never trust a man with a beard. I don't know why that is said but it is what is said.

Apparently sheep farmers traditionally grew beards to protect their faces when castrating lambs with their teeth.

The itch will go and you will have a manly and attractive beard. Just wait it out.
