A GSXR front end is really simple, even simpler on a Pointy SV. The most trickest parts are removing the old yokes and swapping with GSXR yokes, easily solved with straps or a NWS/Abba stand. The other is rigging the speedo up, but there are a few threads on here about how to do that.
