i have just made cake. don't know how so i just made it up. mostly raisins, almonds, honey, cream, brandy, cinnamon, red wine, vanilla, coffee, flour, and dark sugar. smells sooooo nice, just got to wait for wife to get home cos i'll get shouted at if i don't. i'm not at all worried that this thread mentions the significant use of eggs and butter, i think
