I actually started reading this as I'd be interested in exactly what the OP wanted for myself. But yes I still have plenty of those £12 jobbies

I bought some of that velcro-tape, and used that to hold a cheap (£3) set of tesco heaphones in. Job done.
edit: oh, and make sure you use the 'soft' side of the velcro inside your helmet; so when you take the headphones out, you don't get scratched ears! |
