The cheapest one you can find that you like the look of/brand/style/finish.

'Cos, despite what owners and sellers will tell you, they're all the same.

+1 Remus Revolution Titanium sounds amazing
But not really budget...

Fitted my CCC can yesterday, sounds OK, but not THAT much better than the stock exhaust, although it looks better and is a WAY lighter!

TBH - the bike sounds tons better with no can on at all, but not sure I could live with it that loud though!

Quick question - what is the honeycomb thing inside the pipe just past the weld/sensor? I cut the pipe 55mm from the weld, any closer and I would have had to cut through the honeycomb centre (sounds like a chocolate bar!)...just wondered what it's purpose is

+ 1, same materials and the same internal dimensions as all the exhausts are designed to work on many bikes (only the like pipe is different).

Hence why I started a new paragraph, they are by far the best sounding exhaust but as you said they don't fall into the budget category.

For sound alone, Devil exhausts are sweet! There were some on eBay not so long ago, cheap as chips!

I'm a bit confused by this.

Isn't that really cheap for a Remus? Or am I missing something obvious?

Thats the Remus Innovation, the budget version in the Remus range and the least popular (not that there is anything wrong with them). They are round and available in Ally and carbon.

Know of any problems fitting one of these to an SV?

Or should I stick to my first plan and get a Beowulf?

No probs, the Innovation is approved for the SV and as Remus exhausts come with a lifetime you have no need to worry in the future.

Beowulf exhausts are nice and well made, just a little too much like the rest of the common UK budget exhausts though.
