Gotta defend them i'm afraid. They've serviced my bike on a number of occasions a couple of years ago, and always done a sterling job. They replaced a front fork under warranty. The chief mechanic (or whatever his title is) is or was a really nice, approachable bloke who was happy to talk through what he'd done and give recommendations etc. And their prices for servicing were reasonable. One of the guys at the parts desk does seem rather thick tho
