I'm still not feeling well. I'm so sick of this cough, headache, and general yukkiness I went to the shop today, it's all of half a mile round trip - and felt spent

Can you believe that the little waterfall that went down to the beach had frozen where it hit the ground! That's how cold it was!!

I've just ridden to work, and it was fine. When I say fine, yes, I was wearing two jumpers under the bike jacket, and yes, I had a two wheel slide (saved by luck rather than anything resembling skill), so yes, it was fine!

Skill is so last year! brown is the new black!!
