The R&G superbike cover was given a much better rating in RIDE magazine, and costs less at £40 from ebay.

I'm buying one this week.

ok got my R&G cover and fitted it to bike today. Its the one that got the Ride Magazine best buy. thought a few comments would assist others when deciding what cover to get.

Firstly if you have a topbox forget this cover!! Even a sports rack/givi plate (no box) and I doubt you would fit it over. Its a very snug fit. Doesn't quite touch the ground.

The quality? Well will reserve judgement on that for a couple of months and let you know - it just feels as though it will tear at the first opportunity but I could be wrong. My previous cover, the stormex, felt a lot more durable and lasted 4 years.

i'm gonna check out Aldi's range to be honest, seems pretty good for no money.
I bought the Stormex but my bike hasn't been delivered yet, looks good and i got a free disc lock with it, so no complaints.

Yeah i got some sticker that i'll put next to the ignition key maybe
Also, is a disc lock a suitable replacement for a padlock and chain or should i use both? Cheers!
