"Powerbronze Lower Fairings for the SV650S 99-02, available in Black, Red, Yellow and Carbon Look."

I have the dark blue colour SV650S curvy and would LOVE lower fairings for it. Do you reckon black would look any good at all? Are dark blue available without spraying (i've looked but possibly not hard enough). It's a future project that i reaaally want to do with my bike!

Thanks to the threadstarter by the way.

Hovis,

Do you know what year the bike in the photo is, and what the colour is (and code)?
The reason I ask is mine is '01 on a Y plate, and according to the log book and under tank sticker is Lively Pearl Yellow (Y9h), but my recently painted lowers are really pale (more a lemon colour). This bike colour is identical to mine tho.

cheers

As Dangerous Dave quoted on my thread a few weeks back, 'The year before was Y9F (Pearl Canyon Yellow) which is a darker shade similar to the Ducati yellow, Pearl Lively Yellow is more of a lemon colour'.

This seems to match the colours on mine (ie standard and resprayed), but mine is supposedly Pearl Lively yellow.

I suppose the best thing would be to order some Y9F and see how that looks. if its a match, then either my log book and sticker are wrong, or its been resprayed.
