Shame your not near me i'd have liked to hear it myself, could have got them set up at JHS too with some discount!!!

Rich
Yeah shame I could have done with a discount, I'm looking at 3 hours of dyno time to remap it as it is! I'm probably getting it done at Steve Jordan's so at least it's semi-sort-of-supporting the forum lol.

Sounds like you got a few nice mods going on there, I've kept relatively standard (so far!) with mine, I've just got a tail tidy/small plate & the exhaust at the mo.

Galfer discs hmmmm.

A friend of mine has a K3 thou with galfers on it and in 4 1/2 months of all riding it about 45 miles a day it's spat all the washers out of the rivets. Not impressed, if they are charging a premium price, they should be supplying a premium product. His GSXR now sounds more T34 due to the clattering!
Are they covered by a warranty?

I had the same problem with my solo course discs. Sent them back and had them changed under warrenty no probs. I've got 12 months with the place I brought them from but hopefully they should be ok. Like you say you pay enough for the buggers.

Aye the problem my mate has is they will take a week, and the previous owner fitted the pieces of $hit so no warranty. A week with no bike because they can't be rsed to use stainless. Needless to say he is looking for some OEM replacements...

OEM discs are the only ones which seem to work right!

I have Ti Gilles on my 675. I guess black would look better, but I bought the titanium ones for half the rrp in a sale so I wasn't fussy! Way I see it is the rearsets on the bike are alloy, so colourwise, titanium is not a million miles away. I really like them for the track and have them raised up and back, but it makes it a little cramped for the road unless I ride with a permanent racing crouch!

They are droolworthy ,don't really look out of place either. I've ordered black now though will post pics when they are fitted.
