In my job we do some part of the emergency responder training. Its a bit higher than just first aid.

One of our trainers used a scenario where two screwdrivers ended up in his eyes. Don't ask me how it would have happened in real life, we just thought he was taking the training tOO far!

But seeing this picture shows things like this can happen.

He didn't even twig that he had something in his eye. If he'd been a dog handler at least he would have noticed the bark. Sapped his strength good and proper.

You wood have thought that when the stick broak off, he would have felt it resinating in his head? I mean was it honestly that dark for him to not realise that he had lost sight in one of his eyes?
