Sounds like a great idea - I did Snake Pass once on the way to AR07 but would love to explore more roads around that area - count me in!

Can help out planning/leading some routes if needs be and also looking into places to stay (although G has already gotten started on that )

Anyway ....some very good routes....all are short but amazing.

I tried to do several bigger route incorporating these little route but it kept crashing and I have now run out of time. There is quite a few more.

Junction 29 of the M1ish.........the gateway to the peaks

Only one minor addition I'd make to that - instead of doing the Woodhead pass to Glossop, I'd go straight on at the end of Stocksbridge bypass to Holmfirth, and then over Holme Moss to Glossop if I was out for fun.

Might not be suitable for a larger rideout though, as the junction at the glossop end is very hard to see around. I tried to map it, but gmaps had a hissy fit when I tried.

There's some good roads a bit further south than that too. If people are coming to the Peak how could anyone not finish a ride a Matlock Bath on the Sunday?
