Sounds like a great idea - I did Snake Pass once on the way to AR07 but would love to explore more roads around that area - count me in!

Just got to get it past SWMBO

Will keep my eye in this. ...You know... just for fun.

Can help out planning/leading some routes if needs be and also looking into places to stay (although G has already gotten started on that )

Think I've done all the constituent parts of those loops, and they're all good fun without too many sheep to worry about. top work fella

Only one minor addition I'd make to that - instead of doing the Woodhead pass to Glossop, I'd go straight on at the end of Stocksbridge bypass to Holmfirth, and then over Holme Moss to Glossop if I was out for fun.

Might not be suitable for a larger rideout though, as the junction at the glossop end is very hard to see around. I tried to map it, but gmaps had a hissy fit when I tried.

There's some good roads a bit further south than that too. If people are coming to the Peak how could anyone not finish a ride a Matlock Bath on the Sunday?
