I am not sure how much you ride this time of year, but my Arai can get like that. but, its not to do with the visor but more to do with the rubbish in the road water at this time of year. The dirty / salty crud can cause the visor to smear. As per mine. Try spraying some fresh water at home on it and see if when you wipe it work or not. Otherise, I use the Nikwax Visor proof, works for me.

I use rain away, stopped being bothered with it then noticed the difference to the car after an application and have started again. Got caught this morning and a quick glance either way and the rain is gone. Much beter than with nowt.

I believe any 'hydrophobic' liquid will do this. Essentially it helps to fill the imperfections of the surface it is applied to. It got rid of a scratch on the car windscreen that's why I started using it again.

I looked at a bottle of Rainx in Halfrauds ages ago, it specifically says dont use it on motorcycle visors...

Mind you I'm very fussy about what I clean my visor with, micro fibre cloth and a specific visor cleaning spray...
