Indeed, both of my Cowons have.

But they thoughtfullyinclude a reset button, identified in the manual as such and even labelled.

No need for 3-inger acrobatics, or trawling the iNternet (as I am sure Steve likes to think its spelled) just a straightened paperclip...............

Your probably right Dave, but I bet it's colder on your side of the hill to mine. Mrs Ratty's Ipod now back to it's best. I've never had a problem with my newer one, but then it doesn't have to play stuff like Dianna Ross and M People .
