Well if it helps, I dont think I could stomach a full breakfast first thing in the morning..! toast or some sort of breakfasty sandwich will do me

I'd be inclined to eat a full breakfast, and then scrimp on lunch. I like to have a good meal inside me if I know I'm going to be out on the bike all day.

I like to eat full meals at every sitting. In fact, this may be why my weight was stop increasing!!

Me, i'll have a full breakfast, a quick snack, lunch, another quick snack, and then dinner
