When I looked into this I was advised that most outdoor ones tended to form condensation and do more harm than good. Outdoor ones with the furry lining (Oxford Stormex for example) are supposed to alleviate this problem.

DB covers are good Tim.. in stoke- had mine for 5 years- its ace- real good quality can go on a hot bike.. spent 3 years covering my bike outside - and it still looks like new !!

I use a single flanelette bed sheet and still have an OK bike after 8 years,just trim it so as it doesen't touch a hot exhaust. You dont have to have it all the way to the floor as they hang over and cover any dust settling. Cheap and cheerful solution
