It doesn't sound right tbh. Whack the plugs out. It's an easy enough job

I only get 70 - 80 miles before the light comes on, nearly caught me out on Sunday when I then had to do 15 miles to get fuel, and it then took over £15 worth!! Mind you it is a toy and does tend to get ridden like one.....

Restriction should give you more much more... I was getting 150 - 170 restricted then de restricted was getting 120 normal riding about ~100 thrashing.

R6 gets about 10miles per £1.. if you use the power band lots that changes....

Dont even ask about the car

Id say look at ur plugs get ur wheels off the floor and make sure they spin good n propper. Check your tyre pressures and keep that chain lubbed!

It's not all about revs.

If you ride smoothly and plan ahead you can get quite impressive fuel economy. If you're all hard acceleration and braking, even if the revs don't get that high, your fuel economy will suffer.

The smoothness tends to come with experience

+1 however i think revs also contribute quite a lot.

Revs = potential airflow

Throttle vs revs gives you fuel flow but it's not a straight line... Paggering the throttle at tickover and making it lug everywhere will use loads of juice too.

As will fitting a POS 33bhp kit which limits airflow but does not stop the ECU dumping in the normal amount of juice.
