Oooo good question
I would get a decent set of 2 into 1 pipes, something performance orientated, then take a k6 gsxr 600 stubby can, get rid of the cat converter and stick that on the end so it comes out next to the swing arm like on the gixer, would love to do it on the road bike but making the muffler box fit is a pain in the **** due to the low sump on the SV |

I saw thread recently with a photo showing the can mounted inboard of the hanger - nearly under seat. Pillion pegs removed. Search for link pipe and you should see it. might be what you want.

Zorstec are the guys I was thinking of. I think the Moto GP Honda style would look good! 1 can per cylinder. However underseat on its own would look better

I thought (could well be wrong here but might be worth looking into) underseat exhausts were a bad idea for racing as they pushed you center of gravity up a load.

a very good friend of mine will be able to make you a system, he normally makes one off systems and parts for kit cars, but he's been known to do bikes, seems as he works with busa engines everyday. if your still after a one off system ley me know and ill give you his number
