Just stick it in 6th and chug along
Not that I do that. I like to keep the revs up

Plugs were very nice, just right, but a little excess carbon.

The throttle stop was held in with thread lock + some pr!ck decided they would round off the screw head.
Finally finished, just away to change oil + oil filter.
And fit the 33 bhp ecu

My actual throttle twistgrip was fine, no restrictions there, as its restricted with the throttle stop.

See on a ECU restriction, why is there no change between having the throttle 1/2 open and fully open?
Feels weird with a full throttle now.

Mine just bogged down when I went full throttle. I found it was best to go to just about full throttle. You should feel/hear the engine is happier just off full throttle

Mhm about 3/5 to 4/5 throttle seems to work best when hooning, doing another little fuel consumption test now, filled bike upto the brim, see if the ECU helps that.

Bike in general seems alot smoother, but as you said does bog downa little at full throttle..
