Folks, thanks for the comments, I just feel I need to be careful that no-one else replicates what I did in a similar situation.

I fully accept the risk that the guy could of stuck the car in reverse & floored the loud pedal. Thankfully he didn't, but that thought did cross my mind as I pulled up behind the car.

Which was my entire motivation for posting. Even in North Wales, coppers can be nice (sorry Lozzo et al). In two days running, I've come across two different coppers that were pretty damn good about things.

Except for passing out the word to stop all bikers because there's a .Org rideout that one certain officer is unable to attend??
