Didn't realise it was St. Georges day until I saw the Google homepage.
 Always seems to be a very low profile affair compared to other Saints days.Found this on the BBC. Don't know anyone who's going out to celebrate St. Georges day. Maybe we should? |

Our canteen had a special menu for St Patrick's Day and was bedecked in flags. Not a thing today though for St George's Day. I asked the catering manager why and she shrugged and said "nobody bothers...".
Makes me so annoyed that people are appathetic about it in April but love it in March, when it's not even their own Saint's Day!! [/rant]
