Eh? What? i used to have velco on my old plate/bike and that was easy to whip on and off. Might need to invest in more, heavy duty stuff this time tho cos the last lot was a bit poor.

Yeah that's what I meant. I just noticed your plate was resting on your headstock when I arrived on friday. Assumed it was attached with velcro..

ah. i just unbolted it on friday but i need to get some velcro for it instead but it was about £8 for a small pack of the heavy duty stuff at B&Q.

I dont live in london so I dont know how crappy the parking is but are you just not allowed to park anyway.

traffic wardens heaven is what most of London is and on Fridays at Soho we are parked on double yellows. Not in anyones way but still technically illegaly parked of course.

And there are a minute amount of free bays for bikes (except westminster now charge £1.50 a day for a space) but they are either full or nowhere you'd really wanna leave your bike after dark if you can help it.

so you just cant actually tkae your self into the city centre anymore, you have no choice but to use public trans.
Thats dog 5hit look at new york all the traffic in manhatten if they can manage solutions why cant we?

youre right of course but sadly parking solutions in London are about revenue generation not freeng up traffic to flow smoothly.
