id definatly go for home made card, and home cooked meal, mr dp is going away for my birthday(pil rally and get this taking another woman on suzi,one of the girls from bike club, im not allowed to go to this one. so i am looking for properbirthy treat otherwise no brownie points

Make a card and bake her a birthday cake. Even if it turns out rubbish she will appreciate the effort you've put into it.

Lol im good to do stuff when we get some money, but its hard to get to belguim when i have no monies

Cant offer any advice - my other half has never bought me a present or a card in 25 years! (and vice versa) - we'd rather save the money and spend it on our bikes
