He's just jealous because we have more places he could use gaffer tape and cable ties.

Riding naked is gay.
Cover that poor thing up already.
At least small a windscreen...

to get back to the original question, conversion to a naked you'll need...........

Cables - clutch/throttle (both) and choke (as they are longer)
headlight
headlight brackets x2
top yoke with risers
handlebars & barend weights
clock mount
front indicators x2
and some loom work to tidy it all up so it fits into the headlamp shell.

just about to do the same myself, due to a lack of fast roads round here.
Major bits so far: Top yoke, risers & bars.
Headlight brackets & a fly screen.
Yet to work out / make: Instrument brackets & wiring tidy.
Will let you know how I get on & will photo the result.
I love the s version but just not suitable for Bali.
