Here is the map

Plan is to meet Sunday at Box Hill 10:00 for tea, leave 10:30 for Beachy Head, 75 miles there, ETA 1pm (taking it easy) find lunch etc...

Any suggestions welcome

That route does look good.
Still need to find out if im going to see a bike on sunday otherwise ill be there!
