yeh nuff said i think - the bike came to me as is with can and filter but read somewhere that if that had been done the jet kit was a good compliment. but 150 for maybe 1-2 hp hardly seems worth it.

ok thanks for the advise on that guys - on another subject i read everywhere that the stock suspension is poor on the sv, but as this is my first proper bike its hard for me to comment. I would imagine that the riders weight has a lot to do with how the suspension behaves in corners - i am 6 2" and about 15 stone, the bike is a day off thing used for blasting around relativley short distances - in your opinions should i look to upgrade to gsxr and what sort of costings would be involved.
