Hmm, if mad means inept at planning and willing to trek halfway around the globe with untested gear in the company of a support team who appear amazed "that he'll be hard to see when he gains altitude" than I'd say he's mad alright.
Still he raised a few quid for chairty so that's something. Just another cathode adventure junkie, albeit a pretty sound seeming one. |

Ray Mears all the way. If i was stuck in the middle of no-where, and i had either bear or ray to lead me back to safety / survive the middle of no-where, I'll go with ray.
At least i'd eat properly and sleep comfortably |

Anyone who has done the stuff he has, has my full respect. I dont see many people climbing as many mountains he has as young as he was! |
