Looks cool. And I love Carcassone and that area in general. Dumped my bike in a ditch near there and got some very friendly help from the locals. Good people! Never say a bad word about the french!
Did a route something similar to your plan over 3 weeks. Longest day was around 600 miles-too long really, got far too tired. Would never do that again! Looking back, I wish I did it over 4 weeks and took my time. As the trip progressed I started trying to push harder rather than enjoy the time away (family/homesickness I guess !) |
