It's in case of emergency. What if you were walking and fell down a manhole and paramedics needed to contact someone to let them know?

I've never heard of anything like this tbh.

Its it a commonly known thing? if someone is in my phone as ICE then they will be called in an emergency by anyone who finds me?
But then I'd have to get phone calls from ICE quite often and texts from ICE asking what time Im going to be home.

ICE in phone. Have had for several years as a result of Mog's nagging on Surfers' rideouts. He was right, of course

I just duplicated the number in my phone to an ICE entry. Luckily it comes up with the person's name when I receive calls and texts as their entry is before ICE alphabetically.

I have put an ICE number in my phone though I am aware its only just starting to be thought about by the emergency services. As for digitags, nope and never would, pretty sure emergency services will not use them after the first time one introduces a trojan etc that takes down their systems.

One thing a lot of US riders now do is carry a card round neck with important ICE details on, considering I do a lot of lonesome riding I am thinking its not a bad idea and may make something up, already have numerous lanyards that could be used

Phone is under my seat attached to autocom, in an off, who is going to go looking?.

Besides which company rules say it must be locked with a code.

So ICE on phone is a waste of time. I keep all details in my wallet
