The new regulations with the two seperate modules is a farce!
Anybody have any recommendations on what to do?!

Aran (Cant beat a good rant!)
Got to be honest that the sort of price you will pay for a 5day DAS course around here before the new test anyway.

That included 5 days intensive, theory, test, bike hire etc

Well, they didn't charge me extra I had more than 6 because of 1 cancellation and 1 failure.

I had 10 altogether I think, and 2 additional lessons on a Sunday as preperation for my test.. plus if its a 125 they let you take it home.

oh yea the changes! yea was before they changed it but i think providing you keep your cool, i think it would be cheaper to try the test a few times over than pay out for training you proberly don't need, if you have any bikers chums, or if anyone off the org can help, go out with some people and let them watch you ride, see if you have gotten in to any bad habits etc...

proberly not the org they all proberly have more bad habits

Ive left them a message!

I could go out with a friend, but kinda illegal lol! So doubt my dad will let me. and I could try and take the test a few times, but would have to hire a 125 for that. I dont know wether thats pricey or not!

not sure how moneys going in your world mate, but you could buy a really cheap, beat up 125 and then sell it again afterwards? sure that wouldn't leave you to out of pocket, not sure how much it is to hirer though

Some schools are so overwelmed with enquiries because the number of test centres has dramatically reduced with the new system - Almost a licence to print money for some who are taking full advantage. Good Luck with your search.
