I can' be certain because of the pic resolution , but i think what ur seeing is the secondary throttle servo , which turns back and forth on throttle application with the engine running only . Perfectly normal

Agree with above. Think your bike is OK.


My bike has a nut loose behind behind the controls....but that's a very different problem.
