I know this may be a shot in the dark here.

BUT when we first got the Raptor it ran a bit crap, snatchy at around 3k, spat flames(on standard cans), popped, farted etc etc.

Im Indoors balanced the throttle jobbies, messed with this, messed with that, looked in dealer mode...and stuff. He really was convinced it was fuel related.

Replaced the battery, as simple as that, all the problems went.

Of course it still spits flames every now and again, but its a Raptor with straight through cans(now), but it doesn't do it at every opportunity anymore.

the flames i dont mind. apparently they look kinda cool.

did it ever just die on you? mine seems to do it when ridng 100m to the jnc with the main road. pull the clutch in and roll... motor stops...

think i will start with the less costly and work up from there...

Chain, TPS, throttle boddies, battery, Dyno, fireblade.
