So far, I too rate Bennetts. My bike was hit on Monday night. I told Bennetts about the accident on Tuesday morning. Wednesday morning they collected my bike for inspection, and gave me a courtesy Blandit 650. I think that's quality!. I only say I rate them at the moment as I don't know how the rest of my claim is going to go. Customers service was excellent. I was explained all the jargon in plain English too.

Well it took me 2 months and many phonecalls to Bennetts before I finally spoke to someone who put me through to the solicitors I needed to go ahead with my claim after someone rear ended me. Not the best customer support to be fair.
