As promised...the cake...
Well its one less thing to wash up, isn't it?   3 layers of sponge. 2 layers of milk chocolate sponge with white chocolate chips, with a white chocolate sponge layer with milk chocolate chips. All glued together with buttercream.

I reckon you are about an hour away, including getting your gear on, draggin the bike out of the garage and hooning up the A34.
It would be a wasted trip though...I will hurt people if they try to come between me and my cake. Plus, an hour is way more time than I would need to completely demolish the cake. |
