does the fuel level sensor still work? my friend has a curvy and part of his had broke off and was floating around in the tank. but if it was something loose inside the tank id expect more of a metallic noise rather than a clunk...

Could be the imfamous front suspension clunk, manifesting from the fuel tank

it does whilst moving and stationary but louder when moving( vibrations) when i had the tankup today it wasnt making a noise and if i shake the tank it makes the noise

i think you have answered your own question... but its possible that the mounting bolts are loose or the fuel pump/parts are loose. only way to find out is empty tank of fuel and investigate.

yeah probably just seeing if any had the same problem , whats easiest way to empty the fuel tank or ill get a mechcanic to have a quick look.
anyway next question, whilst change the front spark plug i have sheared the radiator bottom bolt, any ideas or live with it |

hi all, found out wat the clucking noise was( apart from the chicken i was keeping under the pillion seat). it was the petrol tank breather or something as it was loose
