The page looks alot better than the one that is currently live. as said before the sections at the bottom of the page wont help with people navigating the site. They would be missed too quickly. somewhere near the top for people to click generally straight away to see what else is avaliable. apart from that it looking good so far

Just a couple of thoughts.

I'd definitely sort out the navigation bit. The options are too small at the bottom corner of the page, as in the HOME, CHECKOUT etc. Be better to have them larger, bolder and at the top of the page, particularly the CATEGORIES section as, i presume, that's where people search for the T-Shirts they want so you're going to want them to find that easilly.

The "From cool classics to cheeky chappy one liners" bit might look better if classics and one liners were larger, instead of FROM and TO.

Also the 'choose the design from your catalog of listed designs' bit is split on two lines which seems weird to me. Why?

Only minor thoughts, and is still a massive improvement on what they've got at the minute. Also looks really geared towards the younger folk which is what you were looking for, so all good i suppose.

Good luck with it and hope your boss loves it any how.

thanks fpor the pointers. the bit at the bottom is called a footer. a good footer always contains all the main links but i do see i have neglected the categoris lol . ill be sorting that now
how do you like the logo ? i kept it simple so that it can be easily printed in one colour on the inside (where the label should be) to show theyre t shirts from us

Just thinking about ease of navigation. The first place i would look certainly wouldn't be the bottom corner of the page. Especially if the type is that small and inconspicuous. It would help immensely at the top and bolder, maybe in a colour that 'shouts' more than the white.

The logo is good. One of the main things that made me think it was geared more towards the younger folk.

Well to be honest i went on the website to see what was for sale. But as soon as i saw the current one i closed the tab. Looked awful and put me right off buying from it. Like someone had made it using Clip Art from 1987 or something. But i'd certainly give your new layout a second look, yeah. Only then would i get something if one of the designs took my fancy. Then price would be my next thought on whether i buy it or not. But i guess price isn't what you;re concerned about here.

http://www.101tshirts.co.uk/

First thing i looked at on this site () was the options, for him, for her etc which would lead me straight to t shirts for sale with pictures. Crap T-shirts, but none the less got me looking at them, so potentially provoking a sale. It shouldn't be hard for people to find what's for sale.

Another thought for your site would be to put links to the t shirts for sale above the 'welcome' section. If people are interested they'll read it below. Priority has to be to get potential customers to see the shirts for sale.

Also with a site name such as www.tshirtuk.com they are going to have a good idea of what the site has for sale.

Hope i've been clear here and not proposed crap ideas.

no you have valid points, the site was running a couple of years ago but the company i work for got begger and they scrapped it and ripped it down . only now making the site again so dont pay attention to any of the site thats there atm or the designs. it will be me and 2 other designers doing all the kool stuff

im going to have a play tmorrow and get the layout sorted with categories

anyone else with an opinion ?
