even the standard rearsets allow you to do this due to the location of the gear arm.

I've got Valter Motos, very unimpressed with their crashworthiness, after 2 lowsides... First one broke its peg on impact, at maybe 30mph. The other bent just by a tiny amount in a near stationary drop (hit car then fell over) but that was enough to swell and crack the bushing to the extent that it totally locked the back brake, and the lever couldn't be removed. Had to cut it apart and drill it out. Both times, standard pegs would have just folded and I'd probably have ridden on- maybe with no lever mind- but instead the bike was crippled both times. Not too chuffed really. I don't think they really did any protecting.

Rather than starting a new thread, thought i'd just ask in here.

I have been told that early K model GSXR's fit the Curvy SV.

You'll be able to use all the SRAD rear set (stock or aftermarket) as well as the early K series version.

SRAD - 96-00
K600 - K1-K3 (Im sure K4 and K5 fit too!)
K750 - Y - K3 (Im sure K4 and K5 fit too!)
K1000 - K1 - K4.
There's no reason not to believe that the above is correct. But i'd feel more comfortable if someone else confirmed this before i delve in and fork out for a new set of rearsets.
